Spinach Egg


Hello Friends, 

As spinach is very healthy and every one has made it with paneer. Today I want to share with you spinach with egg. A very simple twist.

Here are the details:-

Ingredients:-

1 Kg Palak (Spinach)
3-4 Chopped Onions
3-4 Tomatoes
1 Table Spoon Ginger & Garlic Paste
1 Table Spoon Coriander Powder
1/2 Tea Spoon Garam Masala
Red Chilli Powder as per taste
salt as per taste
1 Cup Cream or malai
4 Boiled Eggs
3-4 Table Spoon Oil

Method:-

Clean the palak nicely with water and boil it and give maximum 2-3 whisles. Take the palak out of the cooker and make it cool down. Once the palak cool down then grind it in the mixer to make the fine paste of it. 

Now take kadhai and put oil in it and add ginger & garlic paste , chopped onions and tomatoes, and add all masala and cooked the masala nicely till it leave the oil.( Don't add salt) (Option you can also grind the onion and tomatoes so that you have the more fine paste of it as this is option because  some like raw taste of onioin and tomato.) Once the masala leaves oil then add the palak in it and add the salt. Now cook it for 10-15 minutes and cover it with the lid and after 10-15 minutes add cream or malai for the richness of the gravy and when you find that the palak is cooked then off the flame, means its ready to serve. 

Serve it in a bowl and add half sliced boiled egg.
