Dosa Sandwich

Hi Friends, 

Yesterday I made chinese dosa so some batter was left. Today morning I gave a twist to dosa and made sandwiches. I am sure this twist will be enjoyed by kids. More upon this is a quick making breakfast without taking more time.

Ingredients:-


Left over dosa batter
1 Tomatoes
1 Onions
Green Mint Chutney
Tomato Sauce
Sandwich Spread of Cheese & Chilli
1 Egg to make omelette.
Oil to make dosa

Method:-

First take a pan and put some oil and once the oil
heated then put the left over batter in small qty in pan and make small dosa. You need to make 3 dosa like this.

Take First Dosa and spread the green mind chutney and put it in a plate.
Then Sliced the tomatoes in to 4 slices and put it on the First Dosa.

Now take the Second Dosa and Spread the Tomato Sauce and put this second dosa on the Tomatoes. 
Then Sliced the onions in to 4 slices and put it on
the Second Dosa. 
Then make a Omelette and put it on the onions. Spread the oregano herbs or pizza mix herbs.

Now take the Third Dosa and spread the Sandwich Spread of Cheese & Chilli and put it finally on the Omelette.

Your Egg Dosa Sandwich or Burger is ready to serve. You can cut it from center in to 2 pcs to make it sandwich oresel you can serve it completely like a burger.
