Chinese Dosa

Hello Friends,

Today i want to share with you a twist of China and south India. I make chilli paneer dosa. I am sure kids will love this. As Instead of potatoes I used paneer and veggies which is good for kids.

Here are the details:-

Ingredients:-

1 Packet of Ready Dosa Batter
or you can also make this batter at home by using these ingredients.

Batter Ingredients:-

2 Glass Rice
1 Glass Urad Daal ( White Daal )
1.5 Tea Spoon Methi Dana ( Methre )

Chilli Paneer Ingredients:-

2 Onions Sliced
2 Capsicum Sliced any colour green, red, yellow
2 Tomatoes chopped
1 Tea Spoon Red chilli Sauce
1/2 Tea Spoon Vinegar
1/2 Tea Spoon Soya Sauce
1 Tea Spoon Schezwan Sauce
1 Table Spoon Tomato Ketchup
Salt per taste
Oil for Dosa and for chilli paneer
250 Gram Paneer
1 Table Spoon Ginger & Garlic Paste

Method for Batter-:

Wash the rice, daal and methi dana nicely and soak in the water over night. Next day in the morning grind it in the mixer, your dosa batter is ready. Add 1 Cup sour curd and cover it for atleast 4 to 5 hours. Don't add salt first as we need to add salt during making of dosa.

Method of Chilli Paneer:-

Take a Pan and add oil, now put all veggies like sliced onion, capsicum, tomato and ginger, garlic paste. Now let them get golden brown and once it will get golden brown then add all the sauces as mentioned above. Mix it well and check when the veggies become tender then add the Paneer Slices in it and mix it well, Chilli Paneer is ready. Let the Mixer cool down.

Method of Making Chilli Paneer Dosa:-

Take a Dosa pan and put little oil and pour the batter on the pan and spread it. When you find that the bottom of the dosa is cooked means brownish then add the mixer filling of chilli panner in centre. Now cover the both sides of dosa. Chilli Paneer Dosa is ready to serve.

Serve it with sambhar and chutney like green chutney or coconut chutney.
