Chilla Wrap

Hello Friends,

Here want to share Methi Besan Chilla filled with left over veggies, This recipe is a nice way of utilization of left over veggies, 

Ingredients:-

2 Cups Besan
1/2 Cup Chopped Methi Leaves
Salt as per taste
1 Tea Spoon Red Chilli Powder
2-3 Green Chilli Roughly Chopped
1 Cup left over cooked veggies
Water for mixing besan batter
2 Table Spoon Oil for chilla roast
Few Slice of Paneer

Method:-

Take a bowl, add besan, chopped methi leaves, salt, red chilli, green chilli, now add little qty of water and make a smooth batter, make sure you will have smooth batter so don't add more water.

Now take a pan, add oil and spread the besan mixture and make a thin chilla out of it. Make it cooked from both side. 

Once you find that the chilla is cooked nicely from both side then take it out from pan and put it in a plate. Now first spread Schezvan Sauce, Tomato Sauce or Mint Sauce. and fill the left over veggies on one side, paneer slice and roll it over. 

Its ready to serve with a Quick bite.
