Rice Fritters

Hello Friends, 

Today I want to share with you recipe of left over rice. I made some twist and use the left over rice and make these fritters.

Here is the recipe:-

Ingredients:-

Take left over boiled rice like 1 cup

3-4 boiled mashed potatoes
1 Tea Spoon Soya Sauce
1/2 Tea Spoon Chilli Sauce
1 Table Spoon Tomato Sauce
Oregano Herbs
1/2 Table Spoon Mix Herbs 
Chilli Flakes (optional)
Ginger & Garlic Powder(Optional) You can use paste also if required.
2 Table Spoon Rice Flour 
Salt as per taste
you can also add chopped panner half cup
Coriander Leave (optional)
Oil as required for fry of (Fritters)Tikki

Method:-

Take a bowl and add the boiled left over rice and add the mashed potatoes, then chopped paneer, all masalas as mentioned above, you can also add coriander leaves, mix it all well and once it get mixed then keep it in fridge for half n hour.

After above time get the bowl out of fridge and make the small fritters (Tikki). Now take pan and add oil in it and let it be heated once it will be heated then put this fritters and let it be brown, once you find that they are ready then take them out of the pan and put it in a plate with having paper napkeen so that it will extract all the extra oil. 

Now serve it in a plate with having coriander leaves as for garnishing. Serve it with ketchup or mind sauce.
