Mix Veggie Parantha

Hi Friends, 

Hope you like my last edition of dryfruit parantha, I am sure you all have tried many types of parantha till now. Every one has different taste in paranthas like someone like potato, onion, redish, cauliflower. Today I want to share with you mix veggies parantha, This is very healty for kids and at the same time kids will enjoy all flavor together. 

I would request if you can try this at home and share your kids comments. I am sure you will be a winner and have relief at least you have one confirm breakfast now for kids otherwise the kids moods always with full of swing in eating. 

Here are the details.

Ingredients:-

2 Onions Chopped
100 Gram Cottage Paneer (Grated)
1/2 Cup Cauliflower
2 Grated Radish
1 Green Chilli Chopped (Option for kids)
1/2 Cup Coriander Leaves
1 Table Spoon Chat Masala
1/2 Table Spoon Ajwain (Celery)
1/2 Table Spoon Coriander Powder
1/2 Table Spoon Cumin Powder
Salt as per taste
Desi Ghee for parantha
Dahi to serve

Method:-

First chopped onion in small pieces, grate cauliflower, grate radish, grated paneer, chopped green chilli (option) and coriander leaves and put all of them in a bowl and mix all masala's in veggies. 
Mix it well. 

Take a dough of wheat flour and make a plain parantha and fill the mixed veggies in the half side of parantha and fold the other half side on the top of veggies(means like gujiya). Now press the folded edges joints with fork so that the filling won't come out. 

Now take a pan and put desi ghee on it and place your parantha on the pan and let it fry from both sides please make sure that the both sides should be of pinkish brownish colour, it should not be burnt so the the parantha should be fry in medium flame. 

Once it will be ready then serve it with dahi and green chutney. Put some butter in parantha in pujabi style balle balle.
