Dhania Chicken

Hello Friends 

I know you all have tasted many dishes of chicken and for sure even tried also in your kitchen. Here I want to share with you a dry recipe of Dhania Chicken. This is very easy and quick recipe. I hope you will try this at home and share your experience with us.

Here are the ingredients:-

Half Kg Chicken
2 Onions
1 Table Spoon Turmeric
1 Table Spoon Garam Masala
1 Table Spoon Ginger Paste
1 Table Spoon Garlic Paste
3-4 Green Chilli Choppped
Red Chilli as per taste
Salt as per taste
Couple of bunch of Dhania Chopped (coriander)
Dahi 1 Cup (Yogurt) 
7-8 Table Spoon of oil
1 Table Spoon Black Pepper
1 Cup Water

Method :-

Take a Pan and put 3-4 Table spoon of oil and let the pan heated with oil. Add the chopped onions and let get it brown but make sure the golden brown not the burnt brown. Once the onions become golden brown take them off and put it aside. 

Now add more oil and put the washed chicken in the pan and add turmeric powder, garam masala, salt, red chilli, ginger & garlic paste, 1/2 cup water and mix it well with the chicken. Cook it till the water get dries.  

Once the water get dries add in pan the green chilli, onions ( Golden Brown) and dahi ( Yogurt ), 1/2 cup water and chopped dhania and black pepper and mix it well. Now let it be cooked till the water get dries and the chicken get soft. Cover it with lid and let it be simmer for 10 to 15 minutes, You can check the chicken as it should become soft means easy to chew. There is no time bounding as mention above if you feel that the chicken get soft before 15 minutes then you can take the flame off. 

Dhania chicken is ready to serve. The combination of Dahi and Dhania will really gives a good taste. 

Garnish it with spring onions and dhana on top. Serve it with Rice or Nan.
