Murg Biryani

Hello Friends today I am sharing with you recipe of Chicken Biryani. This meal is always mouth watering.

1/2 Kg Chicken
1 Glass rice
4 onions
2 Green Chilli
1 Ginger Small not complete big
5 Tomatoes
Salt as per your taste
1 Table Spoon red chilli powder
1 Table Spoon Coriander Powder
1 Table Spoon Garam Masala
1 Table Spoon Jira Powder
Dry fruit ( optional )
Curd

First Soak Rice in water for an hour. ( 1 Glass Rice and 2 Glass Water or stock of boiled chicken)

Slice the onions and Green Chilli.

Get the Kadahi and put the sliced onions and let they fry and make sure it will get brown. Now add Green chilli, ginger and tomatoes and add in Kadahi and fry all. Add some salt as per your taste. Now add red chilli powder, Coriander Powder, Garam Masala & Jira Powder and mix it all.

On the other side boil the chicken in cooker. Now here is the twist. At the time of boiling chicken add all khade masale in it and give 2 whistles to it.

Once the chicken get boiled then add this chicken to the masala in Kadhai. Then add soak rice in it along with 2 Glass stock water of boiled chicken ( If you don't want to use the stock then use simple 2 glass water )and mix all ingredients nicely.

While the rice is cooking cut some more onions and get them fry in pan and let the onions to become brown. This will be use later for garnishing. If required you can fry the dry fruit also if you would like to add them in biryani. But the dry fruit will be added finally as garnishing.

Check the biryani if the water get dried ( Appx 10 Minutes ) and the rice are cooked then cover it again with lid and keep them in slow flame for another 5 to 10 minutes. After such time close the flame and get the biryani in serving bowl.

Garnish it with the fried onions, Coriander and dry fruit, Serve it with curd.

You can also serve it with Red Chilli Chutney.

here you can make Red Chilli Chutney.

Get some red chilli and chopped in grinder and add some little water, grind it 2-3 times. you will see that the red chilli sauce is ready to serve with biryani. This is an option as red chilli chutney is very hot.

But the real taste of biryani comes with red chilli and curd.
