Dryfruit Parantha


Ingredients

½ Cup chopped Mix Dry fruit like Almond, Cashew Nuts, Pista, Dates, Walnuts
½ Cup Jaggery  
½ Cup Mava
1 Table Spoon Elaychi Powder
1 Table Spoon Nutmeg powder

Method:-

Mix all above ingredients with each other and make 2 plain.

Roll the parantha and put the filling in half side of the parantha.

After adding filling of dry fruit now cover the dry fruit with the other half side of parantha. 

Now the shape looks like Gujia. Press the corners with folk.

Put Ghee or butter on Pan as per your wish and place this paranatha on it and fry it from both sides.

Once it will be crispy and brown get the heat off and remove the parantha.

Cut the parantha from the centre before serving.

Dry fruit parantha is ready to serve. The Melted Jaggery Flavour will be mouth watering.
