Today I am sharing with you the sabzi of banana. A really different twist.

Ingredients
# 4 ripe bananas peeled and sliced 1/2 inch thick approx. 3 cups of sliced banana
# 1.5 teaspoon finely chopped ginger
# 1 teaspoon mango powder (amchoor)
# salt as per taste
# 1.5 green chili minced, adjust to taste
# Approx. 2.5 tablespoons chopped cilantro (hara dhania)
# 1.5 tablespoon oil
# 1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds (jeere)
# Pinch of turmeric (haldi)
# 3 tablespoon water
# Grated coconut - 1/4 cup

Method
# Get the sauce pan and put oil in it on the medium high heat.
# Add some seeds of cumin and once it will be
cracked then add green chili and turmeric, stir for a few seconds.
# Add Ginger, Banana, Mango Powder. After that put some water and stir
all and cook only for few minutes, make sure that it will not over cook.
# Then add some salt and off the heat. Mix the salt.
# finally add the coconut which was grated earlier and some hara dhania.
