Papad Ki Sabzi

In pan heat oil put 1/2 tsp jira, pinch of hing, haldi 1/2 tsp, red chilli Pow 1/2 tsp, coriander pow 1/2 tsp garam masala 1/2 tsp put add this masala and then add chopped tamatoes 2 or 3 cook nicely till oil is separated from masala then add 1 cup butter milk or curd if u have butter milk then don't add water but if u r adding curd add 1/2 cup of water in it slow the flame and give one boil to it then on other side roast or fry Papad and cut the pieces and put in gravy and cook for 2 to 3 minutes and garnish it with green coriander leaves.
