Payasam Aam Malpua

First I have make payasam fr that I had soak rice and after 4 to 5 hours I had grind this in grinder then in one pan take milk give one boil and add grinded rice after some time I had added sugar per taste and cardom powder and little twist I had added khoya fr it's richness when u find yur payasam is turns pinkish keep aside and let it be cool in room temperature.
Then second step sugar syrup fr that 1glass water and 1glass sugar cook it nicely add little ilachi pow and cook till it is in thick consistency yur sugar syrup is ready and keep aside.
For Malpuva take 1cup maida sieve it and add 1/2cup khoya, 1tsp baking pow, ilachi pow 1/2 tsp, and fr mango flavour add mango flavour essence, and at last add 1 cup milk.
Mix all yur batter should be in this contensity
Take a pan put oil spread the batter.Cook it from both the side.
Dip in sugar syrup fr at least 10 minutes. Cut the malpua and Spread in glass. Pour payasam in it. And granish it with nuts.
