Gravy Kababs

Dear All,

I hope you all enjoyed mutton or chicken kababs. Today I want to share with you a recipe of Gravy kababs. These kababs are so delicious and with curry it taste like best of all. 

Here are the Ingredients:-

500 Gram Mutton ( Boneless Minced )
1 Onion
1/2 Ginger 
8  Garlic Flake
4 Table Spoon Milk
1 Table Spoon Powder of cumin seeds
1 Table Spoon Khaskhas ( Poppy Seeds )
1 Table Spoon Turmeric Powder
1/2 Cup Grated Coconut
1 Table Spoon Garam Masala
1/2 Cup Ghee
1 Table Spoon Powder of Coriander Seeds
Salt as per taste
Red Chilli as per taste
4 cloves
3 Boiled eggs for garnishing
2 cups of water
Coriander leaves for garnishing
1 Cup Curd

Method :-

Get the grinder and put Ginger, Garlic, Onions, Coconut, khaskhas and make there paste. 

Now mix this paste with the mutton, once the paste mix with muttons gently then make the lollipops of muttons and take 4 Inch stick and insert the stick in to the mixed mutton. 

So the mutton is ready in the stick with mixed paste.

Now take a pan and put ghee and once the ghee got heated put the stick of mutton lollipops ( Means small shape kababs )and get it brown and turn it from all side in regular interval so that it will get brown gently and won't get burn. 

Once the mutton get rich gold then add the curd in to the pan and add 2 cups of water, Turmeric powder, Coriander seeds powder, garam masala, salt and red chilli as per taste, cloves and cover it with lid till the mutton is done. you can test it by putting fork in to the mutton that the fork has to be inserted easily means the mutton is not hard enough and easy to chew. 

Once it will be ready get the heat off and serve the dish in a bowl. 

Garnish it with boil eggs cutted in 2 parts and toping with coriander leaves.

It's ready to serve.
