Veg Chowmein

Dear All,

Here sharing with you recipe of Veg Chowmien. 

Ingredients:-

1 Pkt Noodles
1 Cabbage Chopped
( Note:- you need to boil the cabbage so that it won't have any insect issue because now days there is a news in market that the cabbage have a insect which effects to mind, so it would be better to boil it for a 15-20 minutes)
5 or more Cups Water
1 Onion Chopped
1 Capsicum Chopped ( Bell Pepper ) Red, Yellow or Green
( The different colors will give beautiful look )
2 Table Spoon Soya Sauce
1 Table Spoon Vinegar
Salt as per taste
1 Table Spoon Chilli Sauce
2 Table Spoon Oil
( you can take olive oil or any other oil available with you )
1/4 Pepper Powder


Method:-

Take a big bowl and add noodles in it and put 5 or more cups of water. More means the noodles has to be dipped in water. Now let them get boil. you have to make sure that the noodles won't over cook. 

Once it will get boil test the noodles by picking 1 noodles and check if its get soft. Now take the noodles and strain it with cold water 4 times and drain the water and add few drops of oil so that it won't get sticking. This is a trick:):):) Now put the noodles aside. 

Get a kadhai and put the oil in it and let it be heated, Add the onions and stir it for few minutes and add all vegetables like cabbage, capsicum, etc and keep it stir and let them fry. 

Now add the salt and pepper and stir all veggies well. Now add the boil water and mix all well. 
( Do it slowly so that the noodles won't get break ). Now add the soya sauce, vinager, Chilli Sauce and stir it so that the noodles will be covered mixed with all sauces. 

Serve the Vegetable chowmein. 

Now you can give twist to this chowmein. 

Egg Chowmein Twist

you can make egg burzi and add on the top of chowmein and it will be the egg chowmein.
