vada pav


Ingredients;

Boiled potatoes 5 to 6,
onions chopped 2,
curry leaves,
lemon juice 1tsp,
salt per taste,
red chilli Pow 1tsp,
haldi 1tsp,
garam masala 1tsp,
peas or peanut is optional if yu wish yu can add any one of it peas or peanut

Methods;

 Mash the potatoes nicely in pan take oil add chopped onions, curry leaves, and fry it nicely then add salt, haldi, red chilli Powder, garam masala, and mashed potatoes mix it nicely and add lemon juice and cook for a while then cool this batter for few minutes . Once the batter will cool then make balls of it and in other bowl take besan and add salt in it and dip these balls in it and fry it nicely in slow flame your batata vada is ready. Serve it with chutney or roasted green chilli and Pav.
