Tricolour Idli

Method:-


Idli batter RCP:-

Take 1glass of rice and 1/2 glass of white dal ( Urad Daal). Soak it overnight and next morning grind it and make fine paste of it then while preparing Idlis divide the idlis in three bowls and add green Chutney or spinach puree in one bowl, in second bowl add red Chutney or carrot puree in it and leave the third bowl as it is and add salt in it as per taste and prepare your idlis in tricolour

Sambhar RCP:-

For Sambhar soak arhaar dal for one hour then in cooker add salt and haldi and give 2 or 3 whistle. Dal is ready.

For masala take a pan and in pan add following:-

Pinch of hing,
Curry leaves,
Rai or mustard seeds,
Red dry chilli ( lal sukhi mirch )3 or 4,
Sliced onions 3,
Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp,
Tomatoes, and other veggies as per your wish,
Add red chilli Powder,
Sambhar masala and Imli pulp
Finally add ready dal and cook it and give at least one boil to it your Sambhar is ready.
