Curry Chaap


Ingredients;

250 gm chaap,
3 to 4 Onions,
5 to 6 Tomatoes,
2 TSP Garlic Ginger paste,
1 TSP Garam Masale,
2  TSP Red chilli Powder,
1 TSP Coriander ,
Khade masale,
Green Elaichi,
Dalchini,
2 Tej patta,
3 to 4 Kali Mirch.

Methods:-
In pan take oil and add all Khade masale. Roast it nicely and add chopped onions, garlic ginger paste, tomatoes, fry it.

Add salt, red chilli Powder, Coriander powder; cook it nicely till all becomes tender. After that let them cool for 10 minutes. Once it’s get cool grind it nicely in mixer and make a fine paste.

Once the paste is ready then again in pan put this paste and cook it for a while and then add Chaap in it and add Garam Masale in it and cooked it for 15-20 minutes. After that add cream in it as it will give a rich look as well as taste to curry.  It’s ready to serve with Roti or Naan.
