Tandoori Chicken


Ingredients:

1 kg chicken,
1 TSP red chilli powder,
 Garlic ginger paste,
1 TSP Chicken Tandoori  Masala,
1 TSP lemon juice,                                                               
2 TSP malai,
1 TSP curd,
1 TSP Garam masala  

Method:-

First Get a bowl and put the chicken on it now put all above mention ingredients on the chicken and mix it well. Now marinate it for 3 to 4 Hrs in Fridge. Please do not add salt now.
After 3 to 4 Hrs get the bowl out of fridge and add salt as per your taste.


Now place the marinated chicken in Grill Pan or Microwave as per your convenient. In Grill pan spread little butter and put the chicken pieces and turn around in regular intervals and keep them checking as once it will get tender take them from pan. It will take around 15 Minutes. Make sure the flame is slow. After 15 minutes when you find that the chickens are soft then you can serve it with green chutney and onions.
