Ingredients;
All veggies ( Tomato, capsicum, sweet corns. Onion, carrot, etc),
Cheese (Mozzarella or Amul), Pizza sauce, Organo, mix herbs, Pizza mix, salt as
per taste.
Method;
Make a plain Parantha.
First - Spread pizza sauce on
the Parantha
Second - In the all sides add
all veggies with cheese. Make sure the centre should be empty so that it can be
fold easily.
Third - Add all herbs which is
mention above.
Finally press the sides so that
veggies won’t fall out.
Fry the parantha with little
oil, ghee or butter so that it will become crispy. Serve it with tomato
ketchup.
