Dhaba Style Shahi Paneer


INGREDIENTS;


250 Gram  Cottage Paneer

4 Onions

4 Tomatoes

All types of Khada Masala

Salt as per taste

1 Tsp Red Chilli powder

1 Tsp Garlic Ginger Paste

1 Tsp Garam Masala

1 Tsp Coriander Masala

For Marinating Paneer


A pinch of Salt with ½ TSP chilli powder, ½ TSP Soof Powder,1 TSP  Lemon Juice. 


Method 




1st Step – Marinate the Paneer for an hour and keep that in fridge. 




2nd Step – Khada Masala and Put in the Kadai and roast it nicely




3rd Step -  Add Slice Onions in the kadai. 

























4th Step – Add Ginger Garlic Paste and Tomatoes in the Kadai and put salt, red chilli powder, garam masala, Coriander Masala and cook it till the tomatoes get mashy. 


5th Step – Once the masala with tomatoes and onions are ready then grind it in the mixer. 




6th Step – The grind paste is ready





7th Step – Strain the grind paste with adding little little water so that the purify gravy will drain in to the bowl. You will find smooth gravy is ready to cook.





8th Step -  Put this gravy in to the kadai and give one boil to this gravy and afterwards add the marinated paneer in to the gravy. 




9th Step-  Add one cup of cream or malai. 




10th Step – Finally the dhaba style SHAHI PANEER is ready to serve with Roti or Nan.
