Coconut Swiss Roll



Ingredients
For Dough:-
1.      14 Marie Biscuit
2.      1 Tbsp Sugar Powder
3.       ½ Tbsp  Coco Powder
4.       Few Table Spn of Milk

For Filling:-

1.       ¼ Cup Coconut Powder.
2.       ¼ Sugar.

3.       2 Tbsp Ghee

Method:-





For Dough:-

Grind the biscuits and put them in a bowl. Now add coco powder, sugar and put few spoons of milk to prepare the dough. When the dough is prepared keep it for 15 mnts. 


For Filling:-

Take coconut powder, sugar powder and ghee, Mix it well and your filling is ready.



1st Step – The dough which we have prepared make a plan chapatti of it.



2nd Step – Now when the chappati is ready please fill the chapatti with filling.



3rd Step – Once the filling done then roll it and cover it with the foil paper and close the sides of it properly and keep it in the fridger  for 2 hrs.





 4th Step – After 2 hrs when the roll become thick and hard than cut it in slices.



5th Step- Your swiss roll is ready to serve.
