Palak Paneer




INGREDIENTS:- 
  1. 4 ONIONS 
  2. 4 TOMATOES
  3. GARLIC GINGER PASTE
  4. AS PER SALT,
  5. 1Tbsp GARAM MASALA,
  6. 1Tbsp CORINDER MASALA,
  7. RED CHILLI POWDER ,
  8. 1 CUP MALAI OR CREAM
  9. 250 GRAM PANEER

METHOD ;

BOIL THE PALAK AND GRIND IT AND MAKE A FINE PUREE OF IT. AFTER THAT PUT THAT PUREE IN PAN AND  PUT OIL ,ADD GINGER GARLIC PASTE ,CHOOPED ONIONS , COOK IT TILL BROWN AND ADD TOMATOES ADD SALT PER TASTE ,RED CHILLI POW,CORINDER MASALA,GARAM MASALA,AND FRY THE MASALA WHEN YUR MASALA IS READY ADD GRIND PALAK IN IT AND ADD CREAM AND COOK IT FOR 10 TO 15 MINUTES


ADD  PANEER CUBES IN IT AND SERVE IT WITH GARAMA GARAM CHAPATI
