paneer sizzlers

Hello Friends.

Here I want to share with you a Paneer Sizzlers. This is just a new way to give some proteins to as kids always hesitate to eat paneer but with these sizzlers mode they will happy enjoy the paneer as well as the other vegetables.

Please try and see kids reaction and be the super mom.

Ingredients:-

250 Gram Cottage Paneer
2 Green Capsicum (Bell Pepper)
1 Cup green spring onions leaves chopped
5 Spring Onions ( Cut in 4 sliced )
2 Table Spoon Tomato Ketchup
1 Table Spoon Vinegar
1/2 Table Spoon Soya Sauce
1 Table Spoon Chilli Sauce
2 Table Spoon Schezwan Sauce
1 Table Spoon Garlic & Ginger Paste
1/2 Cup Water
4-5 Table Spoon
Salt as per taste

Method:-

First Cut the spring onions in 4 sliced in long length means top to bottom and open the each flap of onion like a rose bud. I hope you got it.

Take a pan and put some oil. ( If you have olive oil then its fine otherwise you can use any other oil) add ginger and garlic paste and let it be cooked till it get brownish colour. Add chopped onions, capsicum ( You can also use different colour of capsicum like red and yellow as this will give a beautiful colour to sizzlers) salt as per taste and cover with the lid so that the capsicum become tender means soft.

Once you find that the capsicum becomes tender then take a small bowl means katori and add all sauces in it ( Tomato ketchup, vinegar, soya sauce, chilli sauce, schezwan sauce) and mix it nicely and add the mix sauces in to the pan. Along with this add the half cup of water so that the sauces will blend easily in with the capsicum and onions. After 5 minutes when you found that the sauces become thicker in quantity then add paneer cubes in it and give a little toss gently so that the paneer won't break and mix all veggies, sauces mix well.

Finally add the spring onions leaves on it and cook again for 5 minutes and again give a toss and its ready to serve.

Hot Paneer sizzlers are ready to serve.

Cheers!!
