Here I want to share with you recipe of Mirchi Vada. It's a should try recipe as it will add a new a new chapter in your cookbook.

Ingredients:-

4 Boiled Mashed Potatoes
1 Cup Boiled Peas
1/2 Cup Grated paneer
3-4 Green Chillies chopped
1/2 Cup chopped coriander leaves
Salt as per taste
1/2 Table Spoon Turmeric Powder ( Haldi )
1/2 Table Spoon Coriander Powder ( Dhania )
1/2 Table Spoon Cumin Seeds Powder ( Jeera )
1/2 Table Spoon Chat Masala
1/2 Table Spoon Aamchur ( Mango Powder)
1/2 Table Spoon Aijvayan ( It will use in Batter )
1.5 Cup Oil ( As per your requirment )
250 Gram Besan
Water As required for thickness of besan batter
4-5 Green Big Chillies ( Qty as per member ) It should big so that the stuffing should be done
easily.

Note: Red Chilli powder is optional if required to make more spicy then add it otherwise leave it.

Method:-

First get Bowl and add boiled mashed potato, boiled peas, paneer, green chillies and all the masala mentioned above. Now mix it nicely with hands make sure that the stuffing should be mixed with all masala. Once the masala get mixed add the coriander leaves in the masala.

Now take another bowl and add besan, salt as per taste, aijavayan, red chilli powder ( If required ), Now mix the water in this in small qty so that the batter won't become thin as the batter needs to be thick so make sure that the water should be mix slowly, now mix the batter completely.

Now get Big Green Chilli slit it from top to bottom from middle and fill the stuffing in it, do this for all Green Big Chilles and once all get stuffed put them aside.

Get a Big Kadhai and add oil in it, let the oil get heated. Once the oil get heated then pick one big green stuffed chilli and dip it in besan batter and put it in a kadhai, and let it fry. Do this for rest big green stuffed chilli also. Make sure that the besan batter has to be thick consistency because if the batter is thin then it won't wrap it or bind it easily over the green big stuffed chilli.

Once the big green stuffed chilli get fried then take it out from kadhai and put it in a plate covered with paper napkin so that the paper napkin will extract the extra oil.

Mirchi Vada is ready to serve. Serve it with green mint sauce or tamarind sauce.

Enjoy the spicy snack of Rajsthan.

Cheers!!
