# 4-5 Spring Onions
# 1 Cup Cabbage
# 3-5 Capsicum ( Bell Pepper ) ( you can get Red, Yellow or Green ) as the mix color will give a great colorful look.
# Coriander for Garnishing
# 1 Table Spoon Soya Sauce
# 1 Table Spoon Red Chille Sauce
# 2-3 Table Spoon Tomato Ketchup
# 3-4  Table Spoon Lemon Juice
# 1 Packet Hakka Noodles or you can get any other noodles available in market.
# 1-2 Green Chilli ( as per your taste )

Note:- You can add other veggies also as per your taste.

Method:-

Take a Pan ( Kadhai ) and add some olive oil or you can add any other type of oil available with you.Once the oil get heated then get the noodles and break it in to small part and put them in that pan but before putting make sure that the oil should be heated. Now let the noodles get deep fry and get the little pinkish color. If the noodles becomes brown then the taste will be bad or it taste like the burnt food so you need to check the constancy of color so that it won't get brown and it should be only the pinkish color. Once the noodles fried get them out of the pan and put them in a plate but make sure that the plate should have the Paper Napkin on top. Now put the fried noodles on the paper napkin so that it extracts oil.

Now take other pan and add 2-3 table spoon of olive oil or you can use any other oil as per your taste. Now add all veggies like Carrot, Spring Onions, Cabbage, Capsicum and fry them nicely till it become tender means soft. Now add the soya sauce and mix all veggies well. Now test the veggies that it is soft and easy to chew if you found that veggies are soft enough and easy to chew then get the flame off.

Now take a dry bowl and get the fried noodles and crush the fried noodles before putting in Bowl. Once you add the crushed fried noodles then add all fried veggies in it along with red chilli sauce and tomato ketchup and mix it all.

If you want to have more spicy flavor then you can add the chopped green chilli in bowl and mix it well. Finally add the lemon juice and garnish it with coriander leaves.

Chinese Bhel is ready to serve.

I hope you like this combination.

Enjoy!!
