Cheez Laddua

 Hello Friends, 

Laddu of moong daal is very famous, today I want to share with you a twist of cheese laddu, this is special for kids as the melted filled cheese will give a twist to laddu. 

Here are the details:-

Ingredients:-

1 Cup Moong Daal
2 Slice of Go Cheese or more as per your requirment. 
2-3 Green Chillies
1/2 Cup Coriander Leaves
Salt as per taste
Red Chilli powder as per taste
1/2 Table Spoon aijwayin
Oil for fry 

Method:-

Soak the moong daal for 4-5 Hours, when its tender then drain the water and put the moong daal in a grinder or mixer and make a fine paste of it. 


Once the paste is ready put it in a bowl and add all the masala as mentioned above except cheese. Mix coriander also and mix all nicely. 

Take a Kadhai and put oil and once its get heated then cut the slice of go cheese or any type of cheese you want as we used go cheese, Now take a small slice of cheese and roll this cheese or cover this cheese with daal batter and put it in a kadhai for deep fry. Same procedure will be done 
for rest of the batter. Once it will be fried the color 
will be golden brown. Now take it out. If you will 
break the laddu from center then you will see that 
the melted cheese will spread out and kids will 
enjoy this.





Serve it with Mooli Lacha ( Redish ) and green chutney.
