Ingredients;
5 to 6 boiled potatoes,
1 Tsp garlic ginger paste,
1 Tsp coriander seeds,
1 Tsp jira,
3 to 4 sukhi Red Chilli,
Kali mirch 3 to 4 Seeds,
1 tsp saunf (Fennel),
Salt per taste,
1 Tsp red chilli Powder,
1 Tsp Amchur masala
2 Tsp oil
Method:-
Take a pan and roast coriander, seeds, saunf, suki red chilli,
jira, Kali mirch nicely. Once it will get roast then grind it fine so that it
will become powder.
Now take a pan put oil, hing, garlic ginger paste and add boiled
potatoes and then put salt, red chilli Powder, amchur masala, and add the
masala which we grind and cook it for 2 to 3 minutes.
The karare Potatoes are ready to serve.
