Tikhat Sprouts

Sprouts are very found now days as a diet special meal. I made chatpate Sprouts. I tried it as snacks as well as even with chapati, it give good taste. 

Ingredients:-


250 gram mixed sprouts
1 table spoon ginger garlic paste
2 chopped onions
2 chopped tomatoes
1 teaspoon jira 
1 teaspoon garam masala
1/2 teaspoon haldi
salt per taste
4 to 5 chopped green chillies 
1 table spoon red chilli powder
hing little
oil 2 to 3 table spoon
lemon juice 2 to 3 table spoon


Method:-

First take sprouts wash it nicely and soak the water and put the sprouts in bowl.

Now take a pan and put oil add jira, hing, ginger garlic paste,chopped green chillies and cook all of them nicely. Then add chopped onions cook till it gets brown then add chopped tomatoes, red chilli powder, haldi powder, garam masala and salt as per taste, mix the masala and cook it nicely till the masala leaves oil.

Now add sprouts and little water and cover it with lid and cook in slow flame and when you found that the sprouts becomes tender means soft then add lemon juice and garnish it with green coriander leaves. Its ready to serve as snack or as dinner veggie.
