Atta Halwa

Ingredients:-

 1 cup Atta ( Wheat )
1 cup Sugar,
2 cup Water,
1 cup Ghee,
1 tsp Elaichi Powder,
and dry fruit for decoration and silver work one small sheet

Methods:-

In pan put the ghee and get it heated nicely. Once the ghee get melted then put Atta and cook in slow flame till the Atta become little Brown.

After that add sugar and water and stir it slowly  and regular.

After7 -8 minutes you will find that the atta separates from ghee means your atta halva is ready.

Decorate halwa with silver work and dry fruit. Your Atta halwa is ready to serve.
