Rava Dhokla



Ingredients 

1cup rava or suzi
1 cup butter milk or curd
Salt per taste
1 pack Eno
1 tsp lemonjuice
Little sugar for sweety taste

Method

Take a bowl add rava in it and mix butter milk in it.

Then keep this batter for at least half an hour. 
After that add salt, lemon juice, sugar, eno, little water and make a smooth batter of it. 
After that in steamer put this batter and after 20 minutes your RAVA DHOKLA is ready.
when it cools down give tadka on it.

For Tadka :- In pan put oil, rai (black mustard seeds), hing (asafoetida), curry leaves, and green chilli and sprinkle on it,

Finally serve this RAVA DHOKLA with any type of Chutney
